You know what one of the things I love about this time of year is? I love all of the Holiday entertaining & the baking that goes along with it! You just can’t have the Holidays without having sweets, can you??

I also love how easy Kraft makes it to plan great Holiday meals without costing me a fortune! Right now, you can save up to $20 with the #KraftHolidaySavings coupons, exclusively at Target! They’ve got coupons available for everything from cheese to coffee to peanut butter! So whether you’re making appetizers for your Holiday parties or sweets to give as homemade gifts, they’ve got you covered!

If you go ahead and grab that coupon for Planter’s Peanut Butter than you can make a batch of these delicious Peanut Butter Brownies! They would make a perfect homemade treat for the peanut butter lovers in your life!

Peanut Butter Brownies

Yields 16 brownies

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 & 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Planter’s Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8×8 baking dish.

Combine the eggs, both sugars, peanut butter, butter, and vanilla in the bowl of your stand mixer. Beat on medium until well mixed and smooth. In a separate small bowl, combine the flour, baking powder & salt. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture until incorporated.

Spread the dough out into the prepared pan. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Allow to cool & then cut into squares.

Recipe inspired by a sweet family friend

From shopping for gifts to planning family dinners, it’s hard to keep up with all your holiday to-do’s. This year, Kraft is helping out with great weeknight meals and entertaining ideas to make the season a little bit easier. Plus, Kraft is offering up to $20 in coupons, redeemable exclusively at Target, to make food shopping easier and to help you have a happy holiday season.

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Kraft. The opinions and text are all mine.
