These brown sugar cookie bars were soooo good! They were kind of a cross between a chewy cookie & a brownie. The flavor was amazing!
I may or may not have eaten the whole pan by myself.

Cookie bars? How sweet!
How many does this recipe make?
It makes an 8×8 pan full ~ it all depends on how small you cut them. If you cut them into regular brownie size bars, you should get about 16. I cut my brownie size bars in half so I ended up with double that & each cookie was about a two bite size.
These look incredible, thanks for sharing!! It looks like I have all of the ingredients on hand too, so perhaps I’ll make them this afternoon!
Those look yummy! I have made sugar cookie bars before but not with brown sugar. I bet they are so moist and flavorful!
This was the first time I had used brown sugar too & it was amazing! Such a completely different flavor from regular sugar cookies! Probably a new favorite!!
Wow Jaime I love these cookie bars, so easy and they look so good, this is going on my Christmas Eve list for cookies to make! Thanks for sharing!
