Whatcha Eatin’?

I think it’s a miracle that I got this week’s menu done & was able to get to the store.  Princess P woke up nice & early this morning at 4 something with a 102 degree fever 🙁  Today has been spent in a long day of medicine, thermometers & cuddling a precious girl that didn’t want me out of her sight.  I was able to sneak out for just long enough this afternoon while she slept to rush through my shopping trip.  If y’all are the praying kind, please say a prayer that neither I nor Mr. Test Kitchen catch this yucky virus.

So here’s the plan for this week:

BREAKFAST:
strawberry muffins (x2)
monkey bread (x2)
cereal
pop-tarts

LUNCH:
soup
pb & j sandwiches
turkey sandwiches
leftovers

DINNER:
Roasted Corn & Zucchini Tortilla Pizzas {adapted from here}
Honey-Mango Chicken Wings {adapted from here & here}, french fries
Roasted Veggie & Hummus Wraps, chips
Five Spice Pork, pasta
Stuffed Zucchini
Pretzel Bites with Sweet Mustard Dipping Sauce, Homemade Cracker Jacks {Saturday is our date night in ~ we Redbox it & have snacks}

  1. I’m so sorry about your daughters fever. 🙁 I hope she feels better soon! It’s hard to get the normal stuff done, like grocery shopping, when your child(ren) are sick. I’ll keep you guys in my prayers!

    Your menu looks awesome! The Five Spice Pork sounds yummy! Good luck this week! I hope it’s a good, healthy one! 🙂

    Best,
    Jen @ Yummy. Healthy. Easy.
