Hello there! Thank you, Jaime for having me share a post today!  I am Pamela the lovely behind Pamela’s Heavenly Treats. I love sharing healthy and yummy desserts, mainly cupcakes and cookies!  I would love to have you stop by and say hello!

Since its January and usually a little snow falls, I thought hey why not make some Snowball Cookies, I am so glad that I did, they are so yummy!  I only make these cookies like once a year, not sure why, its always in January!  This recipe is so easy to follow, you will have some delicious cookies and they have chocolate chips in them!

Not sure if we are going to get any snow this winter, last winter we didn’t get hardly any a little dusting that’s it, we never even had to shovel, I never put on a big winter coat either, that’s how mild our winter was last year.

This year its COLD, but no snow yet, so we will see!  Since there is no snow yet, you can make these delicious, yummy, superb ok sorry Chocolate Chip Snowball Cookies!

Cookies
3 cups white whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups of unsalted butter (softened)
3/4 powdered sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups chocolate chips
Directions
Set oven to 375, beat butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and salt until creamy.  Gradually add the four.  Sir in the chocolate ships.  Use a small scooper and place on baking sheet.  Bake for 10 minutes remove from oven and sift powdered sugar on top of them.

These are easier to make! No need to measure each cookie piece and have certain space between them. I can make this on a muffin pan too right?

I think you would be fine to make them in a mini muffin tin 🙂
