So on Monday I shared that delicious Apple Pie Dip.  If you noticed in one of the pictures there was a super good looking cinnamon crusted chip sitting there waiting to scoop up some of that dip!  Well, these are those chips!

I mean seriously, does something dipped in butter & then coated in cinnamon & sugar need a whole lot of words to tell you how good it is?  It’s good.  Nothing ever ends badly that starts with melted butter, cinnamon & sugar!

CINNAMON CRISP CHIPS 
YIELD: serves 8-10

INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

COOKING DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar & cinnamon.
  2. Coat the tortillas in melted butter, making sure to evenly coat both sides. Lay flat on a baking sheet. Sprinkle each tortilla generously with the cinnamon sugar, flip & then sprinkle second side with cinnamon sugar.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes or until very crispy. Allow to cool completely.
  4. Once cooled, break into pieces and use as scoops for Apple Pie Dip. Or just eat as a snack!
