- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.  Grease an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.  Mix the contents of the bread mix pouch with the water and the egg by hand until the batter is smooth {about a minute or two} 
- Fold the chopped cranberries and diced apples into the batter 
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan 
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the butter, flour, brown sugar, almonds, cinnamon and Craisins.  Blend together using a fork {or a fancy kitchen tool if you have one ;)} until mixed and crumbly.  Sprinkle streusel on top of the batter. 
- Bake the bread for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.  Cool 20 minutes; then loosen the edges and remove the bread from the pan.
