Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the cake mix, egg, water & butter and mix well. Next add 3-4 drops of the blue food coloring to the dough and stir. Let the dough set in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
Once the dough is set, remove it from the fridge & roll the dough into 1-inch balls and then roll into the sugar crystal sprinkles.
Place 2 inches apart on a greased baking sheet {I always line mine with foil first for easy clean up} and bake for 9-11 minutes.
Store in an airtight container.
