Ingredients

12 ounces Birds Eye Recipe Ready mixed vegetables

rotisserie chicken
or leftover, shredded or diced

14.5 ounces fire roasted tomatoes, drained
1/2
teaspoon
dried thyme

10 ounces Birds Eye SteamFresh Brown Rice, cooked according to package directions

chicken broth
salt & pepper to season
Instructions
In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to low & simmer 5-10 minutes or until warmed through.
