Carrie, this indeed is the perfect meal to cozy up in your warm home when it is so cold outside. I love paninis and how can you go wrong with mozzarella, tomato and basil?

Carrie, these are some of my very favorite ingredients, so I know they’d make the perfect sandwich! It’s cold and icy here today- this is exactly what I want for dinner! Thanks for a great recipe idea!
