Homemade Christmas Uncrustables
Skip the freezer aisle and make your own homemade version of uncrustables! The kids are going to love this festive Christmas spin on a lunchbox favorite!
Ingredients
- 2 slices bread
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- sprinkles optional
Instructions
- Take each piece of bread and cut out a circle using a cookie cutter
- Take one circle and using a cookie cutter punch out a tree shape in the middle.
- Take the full circle and spread on the peanut butter
- Place the slice of bread with the tree cutout on top and add sprinkles to fill the cut out shape of the tree. Shake off excess sprinkles.
Notes
The recipe is written to make one sandwich, just increase bread slices and peanut butter to make as many sandwiches as you would like.
