Rosemary & Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Flavorful rosemary mingles with garlic to make these delicious Roasted Potatoes that are the perfect side dish for any meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 7 red potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • salt & pepper to season

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut potatoes into 1 inch chunks.
  • Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Add potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat.
  • Spread potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Bake uncovered 25 – 35 minutes, turning halfway through.
