1box16 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked according to package directions
1/2cupchopped bell pepper
1/2cupchopped celery
1small red onionchopped
1/4cupsweet relish
1/2poundbaconcooked crisp & crumbled
Instructions
for the dressing:
In a small bowl, mix together all of the dressing ingredients until well blended. Set aside
for the macaroni salad:
In a large bowl, mix together all of the salad ingredients except for bacon. Slowly pour the dressing over the salad & stir to coat evenly. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Add the crumbled bacon to the salad right before serving.
