1& 1/2 pounds boneless pork loin country style ribs {I had 1.67 lbs}
1cuplight brown sugar
2clovesminced garlic
1tablespoondijon mustard
1tablespoonred wine vinegar
1cupbeef broth
1package12 count slider buns
1bag coleslaw mix kit {optional}
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 300 degrees.
Place the pork ribs in a large roasting dish. Prick the ribs all over with a fork.
In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, garlic, dijon & vinegar. It should be kind of a thick paste. Rub the mixture on the top and bottom sides of the ribs. Pour the beef broth around the ribs.
Roast the meat until it is tender enough to shred with forks - about 2-3 hours.
Serve on the slider buns topped with coleslaw if desired.
Notes
This recipe can also be made in a crockpot. Follow the same preparation instructions for seasoning the pork, only place it in the bottom of a 6 quart slow cooker. Cover & cook on low for 8 hours.
