I hate to sound stupid, but (I must have missed it somewhere in the recipe) how much Parmesan cheese you combine with the cracker crumbs to make the crust? It sounds delicious and I want to use it with a few other savory cheesecakes on our appetizer table for our wedding reception. Thanks!

Jaime, this cheesecake is unbelievable- pure genius. I love pesto in almost anything, but have never had the pleasure of trying a pesto cheesecake. And I have had those rosemary tricuits- I know they must have been delicious with the flavors in your cheesecake. Thank you so much for sharing this with us at Treasure Box Tuesday!
