Who is ready for Spring?! I have to admit, the weather has been rather warm here in Phoenix for the past few days. It’s not unbearable – yet! With our warmer temps, that means farm-fresh strawberries are starting to make their way to grocery stores and the farmer’s market! I don’t know about y’all, but I am soooo ready for some Spring fun and flavor! Thanks to some of my bloggy friends, I’ve rounded-up more than 60 recipes that use strawberries – so go ahead and buy a flat or two ….. we’ll show you some great ways to use them!

MMmmmm! Thanks for the great roundup! We like to pick our own strawberries from a local orchard, and it’s great to have lots of things to do with them { although eating them out of the box works for me too}!
Strawberries are among my favorite foods. Definitely added this to my Pinterest.
This is perfect timing. The strawberry carts are open again and will be bringing in fresh picked strawberries daily. Hubby brought home a whole box home yesterday, but the kids ate most of it.
My favorite is the strawberry mousse. But all look so good. Need to bookmark this page to try some recipes when strawberries will be in season.
