So how was everyone’s Thanksgiving??  We had a great long weekend & finally finished up all of the meals on Sunday!  And can you believe that somehow I made it through the meals only having to make some muffins & green bean casserole!  I even got a break from major cooking for the Holiday!  My sister’s awesome & did the majority of the cooking! And it was GOOD!  🙂

So what did you cook up this last week?  I made a super delicious, non turkey involved dinner for us!  If you’re ever in search of quick & easy weeknight suppers, head over & grab the Poblano Chicken Alfredo recipe then!  Well after you link up first, of course! 😉
