Hi, everyone! I’m Carrie, and I blog over at My Favorite Finds. When Jaime asked for me to be part of her Blogiversary and to share one of my {FAVORITE} dessert recipes, I knew a peanut butter and chocolate creation was in order! You see, Jaime and I both have a LOVE for this combo-and when it comes to desserts, my Peanut Butter and Chocolate pinboard is one of the first ones I visit! So today, I bring you the Peanut Butter Cheeseball-perfect for parties of any sort….girl nights, pity parties, birthday parties, you get the picture!

So, are you drooling all over your keyboard right now? Stop trying to lick the screen….wait, that’s me :).
That’s how I felt when I first saw this on The Girl Who Ate Everything. Oh.my.stars.
It was IMMEDIATELY pinned to my Peanut Butter and Chocolate Pinboard (yes, I have one devoted specifically to that combination of foods).
It’s a perfect party food! In fact, when I pull it out of the freezer to serve it, guests typically say, “Oh my gosh. What is that?!”

Peanut Butter Cheeseball
(adapted from The Girl Who Ate Everything)

Ingredients:
*Low Fat Cream Cheese, softened
*1 cup powdered sugar
*3/4 cup peanut butter
*3 Tablespoons packed brown sugar
*3/4 cup chocolate chips
*3/4 cup peanut butter chips

Directions:
1. In a stand mixer, using the paddle attachment, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter until it is smooth.
2. Tear off a large piece of saran wrap, and place the mixture in the middle. Wrap it up, and form it into a ball. Place it in the freezer for about 90 minutes.
3. Remove it from the freezer, and roll it in the chocolate chips and the peanut butter chips.
4. Freeze it again for about 1-2 hours.
5. Serve with vanilla wafers, graham crackers, or just eat it with a spoon :).
